Representative Doreen Carter challenges the community to a 21-DAY VEGGIE CHALLENGE in celebration of American Heart Month
And the Beet goes on… In the second month of 2021, we are keeping our vision focused on optimal health. As diet and exercise are essential to making this happen, Representative Doreen Carter is challenging the community to a 21-Day Veggie Challenge, in celebration of American Heart Month. To encourage family members to talk about heart disease prevention and become more conscious of heart-healthy nutrition, the heart-to-heart call to action will commence on Monday, February 1, 2021 and conclude on Sunday, February 21, 2021.
The Vegeculture 21-Day Veggie Challenge provides an excellent platform to cut back on fast-foods and jump-start a healthy lifestyle with your colleagues, friends, family, and peers. It doesn’t matter if your prepared to commit to going 100% vegan or vegetarian or if you would only like to commit to having more vegetables with your lunch or dinner, this challenge is for you.
In view of the fact that we understand the most challenging parts of eating healthy are 1. developing the habits of eating healthy and 2. adding healthy recipes to your repertoire, your friends at Vegeculture Culture will be serving up simple recipes during our 21-Day Veggie Challenge.

- EAT MORE VEGGIES DURING LUNCH OR DINNER FOR 21 DAYS
